I'm taking on the Rise Up Challenge to be a part of something bigger. Throughout May, I'm rallying individuals and organisations to take action and make a difference in the lives of young people across the West Midlands.

My contribution is simple. Getting active and raise donations by training and walking for 1,000 minutes throughout the month of May.

By joining the challenge, I'm not only staying active but also raising crucial funds. Every penny contributed will directly impact disadvantaged young people, empowering them to move into sustained education, employment and training.
